Refund and return conditions

Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

The following types of products cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
  • Newspapers or magazines
  • Intimate or personal hygiene items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Non-returnable items also include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Certain health and wellness products

To process your return, we require proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Books with visible signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank—processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, contact us at:

You may then send the item to the return address provided by our support team.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once received, a gift voucher will be emailed or posted to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order sent to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping

To return your product, please contact us to receive the appropriate return instructions.

Note:

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total.

If you’re returning items over a certain value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
